Hello Everyone,

I hope all of you are doing well. 

Attached is the QOTW and it is a simple response I need from each of you. There were some very good answers to last week’s question so thank you and your teams. Since it was just one answer from each team, I thought you might like to share all the answers with your team members..most of the answers are short so the list is not too long. 

Chuckle for the day…it shows that we should always be sure what customer wants:

I’m not trying to say that the customer service in my bank is bad… 

But when I went in the other day, and asked the clerk to check my balance… She leaned over and pushed me. 😁😂
