Please review the attached guidance geared towards Managers. Once you have reviewed the document, then take an objective review of the uniforms that are in place at your location and address any issues that you identify. Please work with your Area Supervisor to order any uniform components that may be needed at this time.
One way of objectively looking at the current uniform status of your location is to ask yourself- “If my team and I were filmed today for a brief news segment on exceptional customer service would I be happy with how the community is seeing us?” This is how we should approach everyday at the Guest Services Desk. The team and the Guest Services Desk should be camera ready at all times. 😊
